• you want to give others a chance to experience what you experienced with God
• you want more and therefore start sowing what you want to reap
• you love teamwork, fun, people and creativity
• you're ready to grow beyond your limits into God's dreams
• you want to be surprised about what God has put in you
• God can continue to use you to change people, cities and nations
